The Lord recently lead me to this scripture to offer me encouragement and to use for prayer and warfare. I wanted to share it with you all in hopes that it may do the same for you all.

Psalms 62:1-2 For God alone my soul waits in silence; from Him comes my salvation. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my defense and my strong tower; I will not be shaken or dishearten.

Prayer

I will shut down every distraction and get in Your presence Lord. From You alone comes my salvation. Your salvation includes forgiveness of my sins when I repent, healing, and deliverance. You are my rock, defense, and strong tower. Who or what could ever stand against me when You hold me in the palm of Your hand and fight for me. Nothing can withstand You. You alone are my defense and stronger tower. You are all that I need. I will not be shaken or disheartened no matter what I face or what I see. You and You alone make a way where there seems to be no way and I choose to put my trust in YOU!

Warfare

Listen up demons. My soul waits in silence for my Lord and Savior. So right now I bind and silence every demonic distraction, hinderance, and obstacle that is trying to pull me away from my Father. I command you to be silent and GO in the name of Jesus.

The Word of God tells me that God is my rock, my defense, and my strong tower so no matter what you throw at me He is defending me and fighting the battle on my behalf. You have no chance against God who lives in me! I am His and He is mine so you must go in the name of Jesus. I will not look at the situation or the attack. I stand firmly on the Word of God that is deeply rooted in my heart. You are a defeated foe in the name of Jesus.
