Please note, I originally taught this series in a small group setting a few years ago. I have it on my to-do list to redo it, add to it, and change it up some. However, I wanted to share what I have (for now) because even as it is I believe it can be helpful. In this series I approach healing from a Biblical perspective and what I found to be extremely helpful in my own personal healing journey.
Week One Handout: Trusting God
Instructions
Please make sure to watch the weekly teaching video before starting the handout for this week. Video Link: https://youtu.be/VMybdKY7w7I?si=jowFXy1kt_uF__yU
To get the most out of the handouts each week I suggest setting aside uninterrupted time to prayerfully work through each section. Approach them in prayer—asking God to help you process through each section. I also suggest getting a journal that you can use for this workshop. The time spent with the teaching videos, handouts, and prayer time will all go hand in hand. You will not get as much out of this workshop if you neglect any of the parts.
Self-Reflection
What is trust? What is the Biblical definition of trust?
What does it mean to trust God?
Is God trustworthy? Why or why not?
Do you trust God? In your mind? In your heart? In both your heart and mind? What is the difference between trusting Him in your heart and in your mind?
What led to mistrusting God? If you do not mistrust Him, how were you able to maintain your trust in Him even during difficult situations?
Are there walls that block you from trusting God? Name each one specifically.
What are specific steps you are willing to take to increase your trust in Him?
Activity
Verbally choose to trust God. Write out on a notecard, “I choose to trust God and I refuse to mistrust Him. I will walk by faith and not by sight. No matter what I go through I will choose to trust God and His goodness. He is who He says He is, and nothing changes His character. I resist the lies of the enemy and I stand on the Word of God and the truth of what His Word says.” Say this every day this week and beyond if needed.
Make a list of the specific steps you are going to take in order to increase your level of trust in God. Once you make the list leave room to record the results. Over the next seven weeks record your level of trust, how you are doing in implementing your strategies, write down any strategies that you add to the list, obstacles you face to trusting God, and anything else you learn about trusting God during this specific exercise.
Prayer Prompt
Use your journal during your prayer time and write down anything you feel God speaking to your heart as you pray. This is a really good habit to develop in your prayer time. Prayer is much more than just speaking to God. It is a two-way conversation—we pray (talk to Him) and then we listen for what He wants to speak to us. Writing down what He says ensures that we do not forget, and it allows us to come back to His words time and time again for reflection. Also, make sure to record the date.
Areas to address during your prayer time (add others as you are lead):
Repentance for any level of mistrust in God.
Ask God to reveal your level of trust in Him. Really sit with this part because the truth may surprise you. It may also be painful.
Pray for Him to increase your level of trust in Him and heal any areas of your heart that caused the mistrust to take root.
Ask for specific strategies to increase trust in Him and to show you and remove any obstacles to trust in Him.
Pray for God to totally remove any walls between Him and you. Ask Him to uproot mistrust.
Hand Out Week Two: Forgiveness
Instructions
Please make sure to watch the weekly teaching video before starting the handout for this week. Link to video: https://youtu.be/l922Qhr0Gd0?si=qGiKz8S2gGtBYZOn
What is the Biblical definition of forgiveness?
What does God say about forgiveness?
What are the results of unforgiveness?
What are the result of forgiveness?
Why is forgiveness important?
Are you willing to forgive those who have hurt you? Why or why not?
Do you have any fear connected to forgiveness?
Is there anyone in your life that you need to ask for forgiveness? Anyone you have hurt?
Activity
Make a list of everyone who has hurt you and/or let you down. Ask yourself if you have truly forgiven each one of them. Put a check mark by the ones you still need to forgive. Make sure to include God in this entire process. Ask Him to reveal any hidden unforgiveness in your heart.
Write a letter to the person(s) you need to forgive and/or yourself. Make sure to include all your feelings related to all the hurt and pain they have caused. Pour your heart out in the letter(s). After you write them ask God to forgive your unforgiveness, and then burn it. As the letter is burning ask God to burn the feelings of unforgiveness out of your heart and completely release all the negative feelings and emotions to Him. Don’t rush this activity. Spend time in prayer asking God to forgive you for unforgiveness, asking Him to remove the pain, emotional/physical trauma, and everything negative that is connected to the hurt. Ask Him to replace every area with His forgiveness and healing. Verbally forgive each person on your list.
This is an example of a prayer to get you started. It is just an outline, and you should pray as the Lord leads. You may need to pray daily or even multiple times a day to fully walk in total forgiveness.
Verbally Pray: “Lord, just as you forgive me, I choose to forgive ______________________ for ________________________ and I release them to You. I ask You to forgive me for holding on to any unforgiveness, bitterness, and anger. I now release all bitterness, anger, regret, and pain associated with this situation. In Jesus name I pray, amen” Keep saying this prayer until you really mean it and you know in your heart that you have fully forgiven them. You may not feel anything the first several times you say it, but I want to encourage you to keep saying it, daily. Keep in mind that forgiveness is a choice and not a feeling.
Reconciliation may be in order and it may not. If the person is abusive and/or toxic it is okay to maintain your distance and create healthy boundaries. You should always ask God for His direction concerning reconciliation.
There is one sure way to know if you have totally forgiven the person who hurt you. Think about them and then take stock of your reactions. How do you feel about them? What is the first thing you think of? If you have truly forgiven the harsh feelings towards the person will be gone. You can pray for them, and really mean it. Your heart will feel free, and you will be able to fully heal.
Make a list of anyone you need to ask for forgiveness. Once you make the list, if possible, reach out to them either by call, messaging, or writing a letter to express your sorrow over hurting them and ask them to forgive you. Do not include any excuses or justification for your behavior—simply ask them to forgive you. Also, ask God to forgive you for hurting them, even if you feel justified in why you hurt them.
If the people are toxic and it would be dangerous to contact them to ask for forgiveness take the forgiveness to God in prayer. Some people are not safe, and it could be dangerous (either emotionally and/or physically) to try contacting them.
Areas to address during your prayer time (add others as you are lead):
Repentance for unforgiveness.
Repentance for hurting others.
Ask God to heal all areas of pain and hurt.
Ask Him to uproot any shame, guilt, and condemnation.
Release to God those who have hurt you
Ask Him to help you to be quick to forgive and recognize any unforgiveness in your heart.
Hand Out Week Three: Identity
Instructions
Please make sure to watch the weekly teaching video before starting the handout for this week. Link to video: https://youtu.be/phyy3KpZG2E?si=lwoKXQ9NM3aB3YIJ
Who are you? What is your identity?
Where did your identity come from?
Where does your true identity come from and how can you find it?
Have you believed any lies regarding your identity? If so, in what ways?
Are you stuck in the victimhood mentality? If so, how can you move forward?
What authority has been given to you through Jesus?
What does it look like to walk in His authority?
Do you walk in that authority?
Activity
Make a list of your character traits and identity. For each one write where it came from, if it is truth, if it is a lie, or a combination of truth and lies.
For every part of your identity that is a lie verbally call it out as a lie, find a scripture that speaks to the truth, and daily speak that scripture over your life.
Take notice of any times during the week that you allow your moods and attitudes to dictate your behaviors. What patterns, if any, do you notice? Create an action plan to address this issue.
Write out the fruit of the Spirt and how you plan on implementing each fruit into your daily life no matter what situations you are facing. Galatians 5: 22-23.
Reflect on the types of words that come out of your mouth. Are you speaking life or death over yourself and others? If you are not speaking life create an action plan to address this area of your life. Be very specific by addressing what you want to change, how you will change it, how you will measure the change, and how you will implement the change on a daily basis.
Take note of your thought life. Write out the patterns you see as you reflect. Do the thoughts line up with the truth found in the Bible? Are they lies? If they are lies where did they come from? Work on taking every thought that is a lie captive by replacing it with the truth found in the Word of God. If it does not stop also try verbally commanding it to be silent in the name of Jesus. Take note of what works and the progress you make in this area. Continue working in this area until your thought life is under control.
Practice using the authority given to you by Jesus. Take by any territory the enemy has stolen from you and journal the experience. Use this as a learning/training guide and continue to grow in learning and using your weapons of spiritual warfare.
Ask God to show you who He created you to be.
Ask Him to strip off every lie about your identity and reveal the source of the lie.
For Him to show you His purpose for your life.
Reveal how your moods and attitudes affect your actions.
To guard the words that come out of your mouth and bring conviction as needed.
To help you get your thought life under control and to know the source of the negative thoughts.
For the fruit of the Spirit to be active in your life.
To learn, understand, and walk in the authority given to you by Him.
This is a prayer/warfare that I wrote with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Please feel free to use it.
Prayer and Warfare for Identity
Father, I know You knit me together in my mother’s womb. You formed every single part of me and I am fearfully and wonderfully made by You. Psalm 139:13-14. You have plans for me and my life. You have given me specific gifts and callings to further your kingdom. I am Your child and You call me by name. You see me, hear me, know me, and love me with a love I cannot even fathom. Your love is perfect and it surrounds me. You know exactly what I need when I need it. Everything I have need of is found in You. Your promises are yes and amen. You hold my past, present, and future in the palm of Your hand and I have nothing to fear because I am Yours.
Lord, please forgive me for the times I have allowed everyone and everything besides You form my identity. There have been times I allowed the lies of the enemy to seep in my thoughts and I have mistaken them for the truth of who I am. I also allowed my past to have a louder voice than You. I allowed my past to tell me who I am, who I am not, and I did not ask You if that was the truth or lies. My past spoke into my character, and I believed the lies and I lived out of those lies for a very long time and I am so sorry.
Father, I pray You would strip off and break every single lie of the enemy that has in any way attached to my identity. I only want to be who You have created me to be. I only want to have the gifts, character traits, and identity that have been given to me by You. I ask that You remove everything off my identity that was not created by You. I submit my life to You fully and I ask You to make me exactly who You created me to be. I lay down my hopes, dreams, ideas, and my entire life at Your feet. If anything in me is not from You I do not want it.
Please help me to remember who I am in You. Even on the hard and dark days, Lord, may I never forget who You are in me and who I am in You. I am a new creation in you. I have been joined to You by faith. I am reborn and renewed by Your precious Spirit. The old me and the old things have passed away. You have made me brand new and new things have come. 2 Corinthians 5:17. My past can no longer hold me captive. That part of my life is dead and passed away. Everything is made new, and the voices of the past will no longer be allowed to dictate who I am. Father, Your voice will be the one I listen to. When I have doubts, fears, or confusion about who I am I will run straight to You for direction, confirmation, and clarity. I will no longer listen to any other voice, including my own. Your voice will be my guide in all areas of my life.
I have been crucified with You, Jesus. It is no longer I who live, but You who lives in me. You loved me so much You gave up Your life for me. I am loved by You and that will always be more than enough. Galatians 2:20. I do not need the attention of others, acceptance of others, or the approval of others. I have your attention, acceptance, approval, and love. That is more than I will ever need, and I will spend the rest of my life looking to You and living the life that You have created for me. It is not about me, but Lord my life is about You. My heart is full of gratitude for You and everything You have done for me.
I am Your workmanship. I am Your own master work, a work of art, created by You. You are the Artist, and I am Your creation. Who better to fully know me than my Creator? I will always remember to go to You when I question who I am because You are the Potter, and I am the clay. You are the Artist, and I am Your artwork. You are the Creator, and I am Your creation. You know me. You see me. You have created the path of my life and I will walk in the path You have created specifically for me. Ephesians 2:10. Nothing happens by chance. My life is in Your hands and I choose to walk by faith and not by sight because I know You are working everything out for my good. 2 Corinthians 5:7; Romans 8:28. I am Your child and You created me in Your image. John 1:12; Genesis 1:27.
You have plans and a purpose for my life. You pour out Your peace on me and have a plan that includes hope and a future and not disaster. Jeremiah 29:11. I will never fear my future because I know it is in Your hands. Your Word tells me to be strong and courageous because I am never alone. You are with me wherever I go. Joshua 1:9. I will focus on You and not the chaos that goes on in the world around me. I will rest in the fact of knowing nothing takes You by surprise and You are on the throne no matter what life looks like. There is so much peace in knowing who You are and who I am in You. I will walk in that knowledge every day of my life. If I start to drift from that knowledge, Lord, please remind me.
Father, you know the numbers of hair on my head. Nothing is hidden from You, and I will not fear because You know me and You see me. Luke 12:7. I rest in the knowledge that I am who You created me to be. I do not have look, act, or talk like anyone else. You made me uniquely me, and I will refuse to compare myself to others. I will not be afraid or shy about who You made me to be. I will never again try to hide who I am. I will look at myself as Your creation. I have been formed by the hands of the Creator of all things and I will never forget that. I am not a mistake and I nothing about me is accidental. I am who You intended me to be.
Nothing can separate me from Your love. I am convinced beyond any doubt that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present and threatening, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate me from Your unlimited love. Romans 8:38-39. That is who I am! I am loved by You! What more could I ever want or need? I am loved by my Father and that is enough. The past and the enemy says I am not worthy, loved, or accepted. They tell me I am less than everyone else, I will never make it in life, I will always feel shame and guilt, I am dirty, I am broken from abuse, and I am scarred for life. BUT You cancel all those lies out with Your love. I am loved by You! I am who You say I am! You called me out of darkness, and I will never go back. 1 Peter 2:9. I am no longer a slave to sin, my past, or my old self. You have set me free. Romans 6:6. My past no longer has a voice in my life. I am free to be exactly who You created me to be! I love you Lord! Amen.
Warfare (Verbally Speak Over Your Life)
To any demons attacking my identity I am putting you notice that God knit me together in my mother’s womb. He formed every single part of me, and I am fearfully and wonderfully made by Him. Psalm 139:13-14. When you attack my identity, you are attacking God’s creation. God has plans for me and my life. He has given me specific gifts and callings to further His kingdom and you must get your hands off them right now! My future, gifts, calling, and my identity do not belong to you, and you may not have them. You will remove yourself right now in the name of Jesus. I am God’s child and He called me by name. He sees me, hears me, knows me, and loves me with a love I cannot even fathom. His love is perfect, and it surrounds me and according to His Word perfect love cast out all fear. 1 John 4:18. God holds my past, present, and future in the palm of His hands and I have nothing to fear because I am His. I resist all attacks against the plans God has for me in the name of Jesus.
There have been times I have listened to you lies, but no more. I know the truth and the truth will set me free from your lies. John 8:32. I command every single one of your lies to break off my life in the name of Jesus. I command everything that has tried to attach to my identity that is not from God to strip away and break in the name of Jesus. I am who God says I am.
I walk in full submission to God. There is no room left in my life for you. I recognize you for exactly who and what you are. You are a liar and a thief and you just want to kill, steal, and destroy my life, but Jesus came to give me abundant life. John 10:10. His abundance means I have been given His joy, peace, hope, and freedom. You cannot touch those things. They are mine and I command you to get your hands off them right now in the name of Jesus Christ.
I am a new creation in Christ. I have been joined to Him by faith. I am reborn and renewed by His precious Holy Spirit. The old me and the old things have passed away. He has made me brand new and new things have come. 2 Corinthians 5:17. Enemy, I will not allow you to tell me I am the same person I used to be. I also will not allow you to pull me back into my past. Those chains are broken in the name of Jesus, and He has set me free. Who the Son sets free is free indeed! John 8:36. My past can no longer hold me captive. That part of my life is dead and passed away. Everything is made new in Him, and your voice will no longer be allowed to dictate who I am. God’s voice will be the voice I listen to. I will no longer listen to any other voices. His voice will be my guide in all areas of my life, and I command your voices and lies to be silent in the name of Jesus. I command you to release my identity right now in the name of Jesus.

I will always remember to go to Him when I question who I am because He is the Potter, and I am the clay. He is the Artist, and I am His artwork. He is the Creator, and I am His creation. He knows me. He sees me. Enemy you did not create me, so you do not get to have a voice in my life. You do not get to tell me who I am and who I am not. God has created the path of my life and I will walk in the path He has created specifically for me. Ephesians 2:10. My life is in His hands, and I choose to walk by faith and not by sight because I know He is working everything out for my good. 2 Corinthians 5:7; Romans 8:28. I am His child and He created me in His image. John 1:12; Genesis 1:27.
God has plans and a purpose for my life and I command you to take your hands off the plans He has for me in the name of Jesus. He pours out His peace on me and has a plan that includes hope and a future and not disaster. Jeremiah 29:11. I will never fear my future because I know it is in His hands. I command all fear to break in the name of Jesus. His Word tells me to be strong and courageous because I am never alone. He is with me wherever I go. Joshua 1:9. God knows the numbers of hair on my head. Nothing is hidden from Him, and I will not fear because He knows me, and He sees me. Luke 12:7. I rest in the knowledge that I am who He created me to be. I do not have look, act, or talk like anyone else. He made me uniquely me, and I refuse to compare myself to others. Enemy I also will not allow you to whisper lies to me that I am less than others. I will not be afraid or shy about who He made me to be. I will never again try to hide who I am in Him. I will look at myself as His creation and I will never believe your lies about who I am ever again. I recognize the lies for exactly what they are, and they will not ever be exchanged for truth again. You have nothing for me enemy and you have no more power in my life in the name of Jesus. I see you for exactly who and what you are. You are a counterfeit, and you are not a creator. You did not and could not create me. You have tried to make me a counterfeit of what God intended for me to be, but He has unmasked your lies and I will not fall for them again. In the name of Jesus, I command you to take your lies and break them off my identity. I have been formed by the hands of the Creator of all things and I will never forget that. I am not a mistake and I nothing about me is accidental. I am who God intended me to be.

Hand Out Week Four: Emotions
Instructions
Please make sure to watch the weekly teaching video before starting the handout for this week. Video link: https://youtu.be/GBLIaIO4lEA?si=_akQBCOciG_jYWbS
To get the most out of the handouts each week I suggest setting aside uninterrupted time to prayerfully work through each section. Approach them in prayer—asking God to help you process through each section. I also suggest getting a journal that you can use for this workshop. The time spent with the teaching videos, handouts, and prayer will all go hand in hand. You will not get as much out of this workshop if you neglect any of the parts.
Self-Reflection
Why do we have emotions? What is their role in our lives?
How do you talk/think about others, yourself, situations, and God? Is it driven by feelings/emotions, or the truth found in God’s Word? How can you determine the difference?
What is leading and guiding your life, choices, and actions?
What drives your decision-making process? How do you make decisions—big ones, and even the ones that direct the words you speak and actions your make in your daily life?
What is truth? What do you base truth on?
Do you walk by truth or by feelings/emotions?
Are the fruit of the Spirit evident in your life no matter how you feel or what you are experiencing? If not, what fruit is evident in your life? List the fruit that is in your life and beside each one write the source.
Activity
Use your journal to create a daily log to record your feelings, actions, behaviors, and thoughts for two days. Track any patterns you see emerging. Take notice of how your emotions affect your actions, behaviors, and interactions with others. At the end of the two days take the journal and spend time in prayer asking God to show you His truth. List any areas of change that are needed and be very specific with each one. Create a detailed plan of action to address each area.
Practice regulating your emotions and not letting them dictate your behaviors, actions, and interactions. Record the results of this practice. Don’t ignore your feelings/emotions, but instead practice putting them in their proper place—not in the driver seat of your life.
Create or find a Bible reading plan that appeals to you and that will fit into your daily schedule. Commit to reading through the Bible. Do not beat yourself up if you cannot read every single day, but rather try to do your best to create a new routine that includes Bible reading and studying into your life. Keep in mind condemnation is never from God.
Always pray before you read the Bible. Ask God to give you understanding, teach you His truth, and change you through His Word. Get a journal that is dedicated for use during your Bible reading time. Take note of things God teaches you, things that convict you, Gods character, your identity, and any questions you have as you read. Seek to answer the questions you have.
It would also be a very good idea to purchase helpful Bible study helps as you are able. There are some free ones online that can also be used. This is a list of a few resources that I use (but there are many, many more that can be very helpful).

Precept Upon Precept Bible Studies
If you are new to reading the Bible please do not get overwhelmed with the list above. Just start with getting a Bible translation that you can understand and start reading. As you go you can learn to go deeper and deeper into His Word. I personally prefer the Amplified, NASB, and NKJ versions because I think they are very easy to understand.
It would also be very beneficial if you can find a Bible study group to link up with. If you are on Facebook a friend of mine started a Facebook group called: Read the Bible with Brenda! If you cannot find it please message me and I will get you the information. You can jump right in with her Bible reading plan. It is found under the files tab. If you do not want to join hers, there are a lot of online and in person options. You may even consider starting a small group on your own that will be dedicated to reading the Bible and discussing what you all are reading.
I have talked about breaking lies numerous times on the videos for this workshop. Let’s continue to address any lies that need to be broken because that is a huge step to living in freedom and victory. Take note of any lies that need to be broken in your life. After you take note of them break the power they hold over your life. Ask God to forgive you for believing the lie, ask Him to break the power of the lie, break the hold it has on your life, uproot all effects of the lie, and then verbally renounce the lie and speak the truth over your life.
Ask God to show you if you are driven by truth or your emotions.
Sit with Him and any pain from the trauma and unhealed areas of your heart. Ask Him to uproot all pain and replace the areas with His love, joy, peace, acceptance, healing, identity, and His truth.
Invite the Holy Spirit into your daily life and ask Him to lead you in the truth found in God’s Word.

Hand Out Week Five: Deliverance & Spiritual Warfare
Instructions
Please make sure to watch the weekly teaching video before starting the handout for this week. Video link: https://youtu.be/HSo90Rsdv9Q?si=cnaf4tBXIZOxUY45
To get the most out of the handouts each week I suggest setting aside uninterrupted time to prayerfully work through each section. Approach them in prayer—asking God to help you process through each section. The time spent with the teaching videos, handouts, and prayer will all go hand in hand. You will not get as much out of this workshop if you neglect any of the parts.
I am going to break each section down into categories to make it easier to navigate and work through.

Tactics of the Enemy
Ask God to help you recognize every single attack against your life. Many times, we forget our fight is not with people, but instead it is against the demonic. Ephesians 6:12. Ask God to help you keep your focus on the real fight which is in the spiritual realm and not with people. It is important to recognize when the enemy is using the people in your life to attack you so that you can respond appropriately.
Symptoms of Demonization
You may be feeling a little, or a lot, overwhelmed after going through this list. Do not let the enemy make you feel afraid or hopeless in your situation. Spend a lot of time in prayer and talking to God about exactly how you feel. Pour your heart out to Him. As you are praying allow excitement to begin to build because you are fully engaging in the healing and freedom process. Ask God to give you the strength to continue working toward your healing. The enemy does not want you to be healed and he may already be fighting that process. If he is, make sure you verbally bind his attacks in the name of Jesus. Also, ask for the blood of Jesus to flow over your life as protection. Verbally put on the full armor of God, daily. Ephesians 6:10-18.
Deliverance
Ask God to open your eyes to His truth about deliverance ministry, your own personal need for deliverance (if you need it), and what He wants you to do with the information you are gaining. You can use this link to go through all the steps of deliverance and be set free! Link: https://fullnessofjoyministry.com/2025/07/10/spiritual-warfare-and-deliverance/
Open Doors to Demons
Ask Him to show you any areas where the enemy has been allowed into your life either by you personally or your bloodline. Also, make sure to address any feelings or thoughts of condemnation. The enemy will try to use condemnation to attack you. Make sure you run to God and not away from Him. Whatever you are feeling take it to the Lord and sit with Him and explore your feelings with Him. Don’t ignore them and shove them to the side.
Ask God what He wants you to know about demonization and deliverance. Express the openness of your heart to see and hear anything He wants to speak to you.
Weapons of Warfare
Ask God to show you how He has provided you with His weapons of warfare and how He wants to equip you to use them in order to walk in victory and total healing.

To get the most out of the handouts each week I suggest setting aside uninterrupted time to prayerfully work through each section. Self-Reflection
What is the purpose of relationships?
What are hallmarks of toxic relationships?
What are hallmarks of healthy relationships?
Are you in healthy relationships with God and others?
Is there anything you need to change in order to be in healthy relationships?
Activity
Make a list of your closest relationships, including the one with God. Under each one make two list with the headings: healthy and the other toxic. List the attributes of each relationship under the heading that is appropriate.
Next, you will be using the list that is under the toxic heading. For each item listed in the toxic list write if the toxicity is from you, the other person, or a mixture of both. Once that is completed write next to each one a plan of action for how you can address each item.
Lastly, list any specific boundaries that you need to put into place with toxic people in your life. Make sure you approach this in prayer.
Use the list from the activity for your prayer time.
Ask God to give you insight into any toxic behaviors and patterns that are present in your relationships. As He reveals them spend time in repentance for any of the ones that you are responsible for. For the ones that others have or are doing to you ask God to give you the strength to address them and for a specific plan in addressing them.
Spend time in prayer focusing on your relationship with God—breaking down any walls, having a very open and honest conversation with Him, and talking to Him about everything that is on your mind—holding nothing at all back.
For any relationships that are revealed to be toxic (but that you have not been able to get free from) you can use the below prayer to ask God to break the hold it has on you. This could be relationships from the past as well as current ones.
Prayer:
“God, I thank you for being the King over all things including my life. You are my Creator, and I am Your creation. You are the King of my heart and my life. You are all knowing, and You know any toxic relationships that have formed in my life and that need to be broken. I ask You to show me anyone I have a toxic relationships with that needs to be broken. Whether they created it with me or me with them, I pray You would show them all to me. God, please forgive me for any of the ways that I opened the door for the toxic relationships to be formed with (name of person).
God, show me what sins I committed in my relationship with this person that allowed this toxic relationship to form. (Ask God to forgive each sin He reveals to you.) God, show me what I need to forgive (name of person) of so that I can be healed and free of the pain connected to this relationship and experience.
Lord, I do not want for (name of person) to have any control over my life, emotions, or actions and I do not want to have any control over (name of person). Please forgive me for the sin of entangling myself with (name of person) in a toxic way.
I now ask You to break every toxic relationship that has ever formed in my life weather I created them or the other person created them. In the name of Jesus Christ, I break, renounce, and denounce the ties between me and (name of person). Jesus, I surrender my heart, soul, and spirit completely to You and I submit to Your authority in my life. Please put Your cross between me and (name of person). I choose to be free from the toxic relationships in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, I ask You to heal my heart of the effects this toxic relationship has had on my heart, mind, body, spirit, emotions, other relationships, and life. Lord, please restore my soul and my relationship with You completely and totally. Lord, I ask You to make me whole and restore everything that the enemy has stolen from me. Set me free to love You with my whole heart and love others with a Christ-like love that is healthy and godly. In the name of Jesus I pray, Amen.”

Moving Forward
I want to thank you for attending this seven-week workshop. The purpose of the workshop was to lay the foundation for healing. I want to encourage you to go back through the material as many times as needed and to move as slowly as you want/need to. Let God lead the timeframe.
You do not have to rush. Many times, slower is better. I also want to encourage you to seek counseling from a Biblically based Christian therapist if needed. This workshop addressed healing from the spiritual aspect, but many times healing requires a multi leveled approach.
Seek deliverance if needed and keep in mind that healing often comes in layers.
The material will continue to be available on YouTube and our ministry. Please feel free to use it and message me if you have any questions.

Areas to address during your prayer time (add others as you are lead):
Spend time in prayer processing the entire seven week workshop with God.

Ask Him:
What He has taught you during this workshop.
What are the biggest takeaways that He wants you to have.
How you can implement everything you have learned over the past seven weeks.
What areas you need to address in more depth.
What are the next steps He wants you to take.
